Calibre Scientific acquires Canadian Life Science to expand the product portfolio for CLS customers

Calibre Scientific is pleased to announce the acquisition of Canadian Life Science.

Canadian Life Science is the first acquisition of Calibre Scientific in Canada and will serve as its distribution hub from Coast to Coast.

For the management team at CLS, becoming part of the Calibre Scientific group is a great opportunity. We have worked for the former owners Ann Laughlin and Kick van Lunenburg between 10 - 20 years. Ann and Kick created a customer focused environment with a family-like culture. The CLS employees are appreciative to both of them for taking a risk by starting this company close to 24 years ago. At the same time, we are excited by the countless opportunities the Calibre Scientific group brings to Canadian Life Science. As a customer focused organization, Calibre Scientific strives for excellence in niche life sciences markets. These markets are strategic growth areas for CLS and are of great importance to the majority of our valued customers.
